    You’re not here to make other people happy. Stop trying and do what makes you happy.

    Stop comparing yourself to others. They are them and you are you and that’s all that really matters.

    Focus on the people you can be yourself around. Surround yourself with the people who like you for the same reasons that you like you.

    Don’t be afraid to be ugly. Beauty does not equal happiness or success. Don’t be so concerned with the way you look, you’re not here to sit around and be pretty for other people. You’re worth more than that.

    Walk with confidence and don’t let a stupid person or a stupid comment ruin that.

    If someone has something bad to say about you, never take it too seriously.

    Remember the things you like about yourself and focus on them. Don’t let the negatives outshine the positives in your mind because in reality they never really will.

    Everything isn’t as bad as it seems. Look at your issues and think “Will this even matter at all in ten years?” Chances are that it won’t. Don’t take daily struggles too seriously.

    Don’t be scared to open your heart to people, once you’re ready. People can surprise you. Not everyone will hurt you.

    Do something that scares you every day. Push your boundaries and take risks. Don’t let your fears and insecurities weigh you down in life.

    Don’t let others bring you down with them.

    Stop focusing on the past so much. Stop pulling apart every memory and over-analyzing it. It will just make you worry and it won’t change what happened. Work for a better tomorrow.

    Remember that you don’t need to prove yourself to anyone.

    Positive thoughts. When you’re overwhelmed or upset, breathe and take a step back. See the situation through everyone’s shoes and it will bring you a much greater understanding.

    You can’t win if you don’t play. Put your heart into everything that you do, never be half-hearted or hesitant.
